Step 1: Choose Your Identity and Register

Choose one of the four business identity cards based on your use case:
- Developer: Already building or developing an agent/travel program and integrating the MCP service (recommended for developers)
- Enterprise: Enterprise entities applying for integration, for employee business travel or external customers
- Personal: Use personal AI tools (OpenClaw / Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / WorkBuddy, etc.) for a frictionless account-free experience
- KOL (Affiliate): Have distribution channels and monetize through H5 / mini-program affiliate sales
Choose your service region:
- Mainland China: Binds to the rollinggo.cn node with CNY settlement
- Overseas, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan: Binds to the rollinggo.ai node with USD settlement

Step 2: Get Your API Key

Instant approval for everyone: Partner 2.0 supports automated instant approval with no manual review bottlenecks.
Issued immediately on the page: After submission, the front-end page displays your 32-character API Key (format: mcp_xxxxx...) with one-click copy.
Check your login email:
- Developer / Enterprise identities get an automatically created Partner backend account, with the initial password sent to your reserved email.
- Log in to the Partner Center to configure markup rates, view traffic logs, and check orders and earnings.
- Personal C-end users don't need a backend account — they get install instructions and configuration resources directly.
Save your API Key — all subsequent MCP calls must carry it in the Header.

Step 3: Connect Agent Tools

💡 Recommended Call Flow (v1.0)

1. Hotel Search

User says "Help me book a hotel."
Call getHotelSearchTags → guide the user to choose preferences (five-star / pool / breakfast included / free cancellation).
Call searchHotels → return a list of candidate hotels.
User picks one → call getHotelDetail → return room types and prices (for display and reference only).

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: Client doesn't see the Tool after configuration

Check the syntax of .mcp.json / config.json.
Confirm that url and type match the server's requirements.
Confirm the API Key in the Authorization header is correct.
Restart the agent client after saving the configuration for changes to take effect.

Q2: Getting 401 Unauthorized

The API Key is invalid or incomplete:

Confirm the API Key includes the mcp_ prefix.
In Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY, there must be a space after Bearer.
Check for stray leading/trailing newlines in your environment variables or config file.

Q3: Getting 400 Bad Request

Common with direct cURL calls — the Accept header is required:

Q4: searchHotels returns empty results

Check that place and placeType match (e.g., "The Bund, Shanghai" set as "Scenic Spot").
Loosen the filters (e.g., remove star rating or strict tag constraints).
Confirm checkInDate is a future date.

Q5: Price doesn't match reality?

Prices in search results are reference prices and may change in real time. The initial version (v1.0) only supports information queries and display; online booking is not yet supported.

Q6: How do I get an API Key for free?

Visit https://rollinggo.store/apply, choose your identity, and submit. Approval is automated and instant, and the API Key is displayed immediately on the page.
